You're invited to join us for a Hybrid Community Meeting to discuss new proposal for a multi-family residential project at 11281 Washington Place. The proposal consists of 80-units, (~40,000 sq. ft.) in an 6-story, 77-ft. high building, and 19 parking spaces in an on-grade parking level, along with commercial space on the ground floor. The existing building was demolished.
