The proposed development at 11281 Washington Place will introduce a new mixed-use building designed to enhance community vitality and address local housing needs. The project will include:

• 80 affordable residential units, contributing significantly to the availability of inclusive housing in the area.

• Approximately 1,500 square feet of community-serving commercial space at the ground level, envisioned to support neighborhood-serving retail or services that benefit both residents and the wider community.

• 19 on-site parking spaces to accommodate residents and visitors, supporting multimodal transportation use while minimizing traffic impacts.

The project is being developed by ElevateLA, a firm committed to equitable urban development, and designed by JZA Architecture, known for creating thoughtful and context-sensitive urban spaces.
